We are design-led rather than build-first. The design drives every decision, and because our own team carries out the renovation, the finished home matches the drawings instead of drifting away from them.
A condominium refresh usually starts near RM 90,000, full-home projects from around RM 240,000, and bungalow commissions are quoted after the first walk-through. We share indicative ranges early so nothing comes as a shock.
Yes. Drawings, procurement, joinery and site works are delivered under one contract, giving you a single point of accountability from concept to handover.
We work across the Klang Valley — Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Subang, Shah Alam and greater Kuala Lumpur. Selected projects further afield are considered by arrangement.
A condominium interior typically runs two to four months; a full landed-home renovation three to six; a ground-up bungalow considerably longer. We agree a programme before any work begins.
Yes. The first consultation and site visit carry no obligation. It exists so both sides can decide whether we are the right fit before anyone commits.
