These terms govern your use of this website and set out the basis on which we discuss and undertake interior design and renovation work. By using the site or engaging us, you accept the terms below.
Using this website
The content here — text, images and project descriptions — is provided for general information about Veranda Interior Studio. It is offered in good faith but does not form a contract or a fixed quotation for any project.
Enquiries and consultations
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a binding agreement. It is an invitation for us to respond and, if it suits both sides, to arrange a consultation. Any project only proceeds once we have issued a written proposal and you have accepted it.
Proposals and pricing
Indicative figures on this website are starting points, not quotations. The price for your project is the one set out in the written proposal we prepare for you specifically, which reflects your scope, finishes and site conditions.
Our work
Where we are engaged, the detailed scope, programme, payment stages and responsibilities are defined in a separate project agreement. Those project terms take precedence over anything on this website in the event of any difference.
Intellectual property
The design of this website, its written content and the project imagery belong to Veranda Interior Studio unless stated otherwise. Please do not reproduce them without our written permission. Design concepts and drawings we prepare for a client remain our intellectual property until fully paid for under the relevant project agreement.
Limitation
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general website content alone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
